and your sessions are all about you.
COACHING
Get the most out of life by listening to your desires, going through obstacles and what is holding you back. Hearing where your energy lies. Again I am using the Person Centred approach, as this is about you and you will take the lead.
PERSON CENTRED COUNSELLING
Talking through difficulties, traumas, relationships, painful memories, bereavement, obstacles and wishes in order to give you greater strength and regaining your confidence and autonomy.

If you have had experience with (Child) Sexual Abuse, Domestic Abuse and Coercive Control, Bereavement or anything else you would like to discuss in a safe and confidential environment, I am here to listen.
